(Thikadar, the peon Dama and some more people were sitting outside the office and waiting for Engineer Babu)

Thikadar : Nowadays in every office there is a system of give and take. In the name of
canal repairs lakhs of rupees is misappropriated. Aren't cement from the office
store going and being used in officer's houses ?

Dama : Look here Babu, many things may be happening in other places but not in our
office.

Thikadar : If you won't give commission then bills will not be passed. Lakhs of rupees are
swindled by preparation of fake vouchers.

Dama : No Babu, don't say all this here, if the Clerk hears this then I will lost my job.

Thikadar : Hey, this world is round.
(Sound of a vehicle. The Engineer enters his office)

Madan : (Pushed the calling bell - - - and Dama makes an entry). Take all these files. Did
any phone calls come ?

Dama : No, Sir. (At this moment the Thikadar makes an entry)

Thikadar : Good Morning ! Sir
(While Madan Babu was browsing through files, and when he looked back he saw the Thikadar placing a thick envelope on the table)

Madan : What's that ? How did you enter without a slip ? Dama, hey Dama (loudly)

Dama : Go, go I am telling you that you are not to enter the office without a slip as ordered
by Sir. (Angrily, the Thikadar took the money and entered the Cashier's room)

Thikadar : Hey, Cashier Babu, I have made several Engineers like this helpless. So, who
